LFi Community Roundup 2023 Recap: LFi is Making Its Way to Change the Crypto World

Luiz Goes introduced the LFi Ecosystem and what it can offer for the community in the years ahead. Here’s the recap of the online event:
What is LFi?
Luiz explained the rudiments of the LFi Ecosystem. LFi stands for Layered Financial Independence. It is a decentralized network that allows users to tap into the future of wealth generation through its own decentralized finance (DeFi) and decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
It provides a fully decentralized blockchain to allow users around the world to transact without geographical imitations and KYC. In this platform, users will have the full control over their funds and information, and the ability to combine protocols and apps.
The LFi Ecosystem is composed of three layers. The first layer is Blockchain and Token, second Internet of People and Hardware, and the third layer is where decentralized applications are found.
LFi Minting
Luiz then introduced the minting hardware lineup, which is composed of three different variations. Each type of device is determined by its performance, hash rate, power consumption, and more.
Another type of minting that he mentioned is LFi Cloud Minting Program, wherein users will have the capability to mint tokens just by renting minting hardware that is placed in a remote location. If buying minting hardware is outside of your budget, renting one or more minting hardware is perfect for you. With the LFi Cloud Minting program, minting tokens and collecting rewards can be hassle-free.
One more type of minting device explained is the LFi Smartphone, which is a smartphone that can let users mint tokens. The full specifications of the smartphone is here.
The LFi Roadmap of 2023
Luiz showcased the roadmap of 2023, a year-long plan about how will LFi make a dent in the crypto world. In the next quarter, the platform’s decentralized exchange (L-DEX) and L-DEX Plus will be launched. Apart from that, the minting device and LFi chain Testnet Launch is gonna be released in the same time period.
Expect the LFi tokens to be listed on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko. The following will be set in motion during the next quarters as well: LFi App, LFi Bridge, L-DAO, and more.
